Which we were more than happy to oblige because we are always up for paryting with friends, dressing up, and eating lots of yummy food, no matter the occasion.
Cody dressed up as Draco Malfoy (or whichever Slitherin you think he most fits--take your pick) and I dressed up as Delores Umbridge (for those of you non-pot heads, go see the fifth movie and you will know who she is--like I did).
Rita Skeeter, Professor Treloni, Tonks, a Dementor, and various others were also present. I must say Rita Skeeter makes a mean Butterbeer and delicious Pumpkin Pasties (and also throws a great party).
PS: Sorry for any incorrect Potter spelling--I guessed my best. :)
PSS: Just so no one is left wondering: no, that is not my real belly and yes, that is my real hair.

That's a great post. It was pretty fun...I'm so glad you guys could come! Poor Cody didn't know he was no match for the Banks family though! We trivia'd circles around you guys! Just kidding (although not really 'cuz we rocked). Sam still talks about how crazy it was that that was your real hair. I told him you probably just barrel curled it and pinned it that way and he just couldn't fathom it. Silly boy. It's funny because a couple days after the party I was running late for work and I looked in the fridge to see what I could just grab and run out the door with. I ended up having 2 chocolate covered thestral eggs and milk that morning. Breakfast of champions. Thanks! And tell Cody any time he wants to get his butt kicked, come on over and we'll play HP Scene it - the REMATCH!
