Guitar and Cake

Cody's back in school--full speed ahead. He's already busy, but not so busy we don't have time together. He went "clubbing" last night -- meaning he went to a Thunderbird social to sign up for campus clubs. He had a great time because he met 14 new students--all from Taiwan! He spent most of the night talking and laughing with them in Chinese (Cody's idea of heaven). Cody has also picked up the guitar again. He's in the process of building up the calluses on his fingers so he can play for more than 30 minutes at a time! It's a nice break from the books.















Nicole started a cake decorating class last night--and oh did she love it! She decided to pick up her old hobbies to keep busy while Cody's in school. She found out she passed her last CPA exam and is ready to do something other than accounting! M&P softball (work team) started last week too. Nicole played in her first couple games and realized how out of practice she is. Good thing none of you are here to see it!

Phoenix is getting hotter and hotter... we start to sweat by nine in the morning! ;)
