Here is what we see out our back window.

Pretty densely populated suburb if you ask me. Obviously there isn't much open space around. On Tuesday our ward's playgroup (there are probably about ten to twelve young moms--mostly from the U.S. and Canada) went on a stroller-friendly hike on Mt. Datun; it was the most beautiful place I have seen in Taiwan so far. It was such an amazing day. Although windy, the weather was great and the skies were clear. Apparently you only get views like this about ten days a year (click on the right picture to enlarge and you can see Taipei 101).

This was our destination spot at the end of the hike. It was amazing to be outside in the beauty of nature... and have no old, nasty Taiwanese buildings around.

When Cody was looking at the pictures, he asked, "well, where's Jadyn?" This is where she was. Asleep. Missing out on all the fun... and the picture opp.
